🇫🇷FRANÇAIS Un tout nouveau shop vient d’ouvrir ses portes dans le centre historique de Montpellier, à deux pas de la rue Foch. Ce lieu représente l’aboutissement de plusieurs années de parcours en tant qu’artiste passionnée par le tatouage. Aujourd’hui, j’aimerais aller plus loin en créant une véritable équipe et en réunissant au shop des artistes aux univers différents, afin d’élargir les styles proposés à notre clientèle. 🖤 LE SHOP Le salon fait 70 m², dans un bâtiment plein de charme typique du centre historique de Montpellier. Tout le mobilier est neuf et a été choisi avec une attention particulière portée au confort des clients, mais aussi à celui des tatoueurs sur le long terme. Les postes sont notamment équipés de : • Sièges ergonomiques avec dossier, pouvant également servir de repose-torse ou de repose-bras, pour limiter au maximum les mauvaises positions et les douleurs de dos ou d’épaules. • Fauteuils de tatouage électriques, permettant d’installer facilement les clients et d’adapter la hauteur du poste à sa manière de travailler, assis comme debout. J’occupe une première pièce avec mon apprenti. Une seconde pièce très spacieuse est entièrement destinée aux tatoueurs résidents du shop. Et parce que les longues journées de tattoo méritent du bon café : ☕ le café est fourni par une entreprise familiale de torréfaction, avec une machine broyeur à grains, pour proposer du café fraîchement moulu aussi bien aux artistes qu’aux clients. 💶 FONCTIONNEMENT Loyer fixe — aucun pourcentage sur votre chiffre d’affaires. Les conditions seront encadrées par un contrat rédigé avec un avocat, afin que tout soit clair et sécurisé pour chacun dès le départ. Deux fonctionnements sont possibles : • Résident permanent • Semi-résident : environ 2 semaines par mois Il suffira simplement de me préciser ce qui correspond le mieux à votre activité. 🔎 PROFILS RECHERCHÉS Je recherche avant tout des tatoueurs passionnés avec une véritable identité artistique et un univers qui leur appartient. Je souhaite construire une équipe composée d’artistes qui développent leur propre travail et leur propre vision — pas de profils basés essentiellement sur la reproduction de motifs Pinterest. This place represents the culmination of several years of work and growth as an artist deeply passionate about tattooing. I’m now looking to take the next step by building a real team and bringing together artists with different creative identities, in order to expand the range of tattoo styles offered at the studio. 🖤 THE STUDIO The studio is 70 m², located in a charming building in the heart of Montpellier’s historic centre. All the furniture is brand new and has been carefully chosen with both client comfort and tattoo artists’ long-term physical health in mind. The workstations include: • Ergonomic tattoo chairs with back support, which can also be used as chest rests or arm rests, helping reduce poor posture and strain on the back and shoulders. • Electric tattoo beds, making it easier to position clients while allowing artists to adjust the height of their workstation depending on how they prefer to work, whether seated or standing. I work in one room together with my apprentice. A second, very spacious room is fully dedicated to the studio’s resident artists. And because long tattoo days deserve good coffee: ☕ our coffee comes from a family-run coffee roasting company, and we use a bean-to-cup machine so both artists and clients can enjoy freshly ground coffee throughout the day. 💶 HOW IT WORKS Fixed rent — no percentage taken from your income. All terms will be clearly set out in a contract drafted with a lawyer, so everything is transparent and secure for everyone from the start. Two options are available: • Permanent resident artist • Semi-resident artist: around 2 weeks per month You’ll simply need to let me know which option best suits your activity. 🔎 WHO I’M LOOKING FOR I’m looking first and foremost for passionate tattoo artists with a strong artistic identity and a style of their own. The goal is to build a team of artists who develop their own work and creative vision — not artists whose portfolio is mainly based on reproducing Pinterest designs.
