Hiring Tattooer On Long Island, NY!

Over deze vacature

Blue Honeymoon is looking for a full time tattooer to join our ranks! This is a great opportunity to build a phenomenal foundation/friendship with us and our loyal clientele, all while planting roots in the beautiful town of Islip, NY (a short five minute drive from the Great South Bay and just 40 miles east of Manhattan). We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience tattooing in a shop environment, who is able to tackle a multitude of walk-in style tattoos while also doing the homework needed for appointment-based designs. That said, don't let one of those keep you from reaching out! We pride ourselves on having a positive growing environment, and as long as you are willing to learn we can all flourish together. After all, rising tides raise all ships! Accountability, punctuality, and interpersonal skills are all a huge plus as well! Please note that this is not an offer for an apprenticeship. Perks include: - Plenty of provided supplies, plus bulk ordering options from a multitude of companies - All scheduling, ordering, and station setup/breakdown performed by our Shop Manager - Payout options built to suit your needs (including W-2 and/or 1099) - Flexible schedules to accommodate your life outside of work - A treasure trove of knowledge & resources at your disposal - Located on one of the last true Main Streets on Long Island, and walking distance from all the goods the town has to offer - Daily laughs, bad jokes, killer tunes, quirky trivia, and solving the world's most minute problems in a pink & blue tattoo shop More! There are plenty of places to work, and we’re beyond thankful that you’re interested in joining us on our mission to push the craft of tattooing forward. We might do things a little differently than other places and we certainly are not for everyone... ...but that’s perfectly fine in our book. Apply on our website (https://www.bluehoneymoontattoo.com/tattooer-application) or email [contact hidden] with your portfolio & some info about yourself!
