What You’ll Be Doing: Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their ideas, preferences, and inspiration for custom tattoos. Design Creation: Sketch and design unique tattoos tailored to each client’s vision. Tattoo Application: Execute tattoos with precision, creativity, and professionalism, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and sterile workspace, strictly following all health and safety protocols. Client Care: Provide clear instructions on tattoo aftercare to ensure the best healing and results. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with tattoo trends, tools, and techniques to enhance your craft. What We’re Looking For: Experience: A proven track record as a Tattoo Artist, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and unique style. Licensing: Compliance with all local licensing requirements and certification in Bloodborne Pathogens Training. Artistic Versatility: Skilled in various tattoo styles, such as realism, traditional, fine line, watercolor, or others. Specialties are a bonus! Professionalism: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience. Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, listen to their ideas, and explain the tattoo process clearly. We are looking for a resident artist for our shop in Hoogvliet-Rotterdam. We work on a 50/50 commission basis. We provide a clean, professional workspace and actively promote the studio through social media and advertising. We also receive tattoo inquiries through the studio, but we do prefer an artist with an existing client base, so you're not completely dependent on studio bookings while we continue to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team and work on a regular basis. Professionalism, hygiene and good communication with clients are very important to us. To work with us, you must be self-employed with a valid business registration. If you're from outside the Netherlands, you'll need the appropriate documents that legally allow you to work as a self-employed tattoo artist in the Netherlands.
