Seeking Resident/Guest Artists
We are looking to add another artist to our tattoo family for May 1st! If you pride yourself on being kind, respectful and creative you will fit right in! We strive to maintain a positive and fun environment where we can all grow together as artists. Please note that this is not an apprenticeship opportunity and we do require you to have experience! What we are looking for: A positive attitude and respectful towards others. Great sanitization protocols and maintain a clean and tidy work station. The ability to maintain a consistent clientele as we are a private tattoo studio. Your own chair/trolley/arm rest and supplies (We do have a spare bed and chair if needed by guest artists). What we offer: Affordable monthly rent (We do not take a commission). Your own station (cabinet, shelving and inventory storage) Make your own schedule! Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to understand their tattoo design preferences and provide expert advice - Create custom tattoo designs that meet client expectations and align with industry standards - Perform tattoo application using sterilized equipment and maintaining strict hygiene practices - Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the tattooing process - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist, with a portfolio showcasing your work - Strong artistic skills and ability to create unique designs tailored to individual client preferences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of tattoo equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols - Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends if required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
