The company was founded in 1990 by Henri Montegut and took over the New Orleans area. Today the shop is owned by Frank Webb and Skinny and the legacy strives through each and everyone of us. Our mission statement is simply to provide, not only a top tier service, but to be our customers' family. People can go anywhere and get a tattoo or piercing but they can only experience Electric Expressions with us. We promise to always make sure every customer leaves with the service happy no matter what!
