About The Tattoo Factory: The Tattoo Factory is a professional, licensed tattoo and piercing shop with three established North Carolina locations and a new Charlotte shop opening October 1, 2026. We’re known for a clean, sterile environment, straightforward pricing, walk-in friendly service, and a welcoming vibe for first-timers and experienced clients. Position Summary: We’re hiring Tattoo Artists for our new Charlotte, NC location (late-night/afterhours focused). You’ll deliver high-quality custom and flash tattoos, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain top-tier safety and sanitation standards. What You’ll Do: Create clean, consistent tattoo work across a range of styles (custom, flash, cover-ups) Consult with clients to confirm placement, sizing, pricing expectations, and aftercare Work efficiently with walk-ins while keeping quality high Keep your station set up, organized, and compliant with all health and safety requirements Follow strict sterilization and single-use needle procedures Photograph finished work (with client permission) for portfolio and shop marketing Support a positive shop culture: professional, non-intimidating, and team-oriented Walk-Ins & Clientele (Important): No existing clientele required. You do not need to bring clients with you to be successful here. Artists are placed in equal rotation for walk-in clients, so everyone gets a fair shot at daily traffic while still being able to book their own appointments if they want. What We’re Looking For: Proven tattooing experience with a strong portfolio (IG/website links accepted) Current knowledge of sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, and best practices Professional communication and a calm, respectful client approach Reliability and strong time management (late-night schedule readiness is a must) Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in heavy environment Comfortable tattooing a variety of designs, including flash and small/tiny tattoos Requirements: • Must have a valid ID/soc sec card • Must follow shop policies in artist agreement • Must sign non-compete agreement Schedule & Location: Location: The Tattoo Factory — Charlotte, NC (Albemarle Rd area) Hours: Late-night/afterhours focused; shop hours planned 12PM–4AM daily Walk-ins accepted up to 30 minutes before close. 3 shift options are available: 1st Shift: Wed-Sun 12PM-8PM 2nd Shift: Wed-Sun 8PM-4AM 3rd Shift: Mon & Tue 12PM-4AM (2 doubles/32 hr week) Compensation: Commission-based split (percentage) with tattoo artists. Hello! We are a 1 years baby tattoo and piercing shop looking for a new artist to join our team or a guest spot. We are running a all-you-can-ink in december or january We are located directly in the downtown and near all restaurant- hostel - bars and wheres festivals happen. We are known for our walks-in since most of our customers are people walking in the downtown and want a tattoo on the spot. We also have an appointment reservation that can be take by our website. Each artist charge what they want and we have multiple contract form we can discust. You are a self employed artist and can work on your own schedule but we ask at least a 30 hours a week minimum and we can provide the necessary like paper towel, dental bibs, green soap, distilled water, bottles, ink cup, saran wrap, printer, carbone paper... you just need your own machine and your ink. We also sell ink from Shad'Ink tattoo at our studio and we are the only seller in the city. We want someone easy going and funny to complete our team. We have a breakroom in the backstore which include a spot to take a nap and a tv with a playstation. We are kids friendly too for the kids of our artist to help you conciliate work and familly if your kids are able to not interrupt and cause any trouble in the shop. If you are not someone that like to take walks in, this job may be not for you. If your booking is full of appointment, this is not a problem but if your day is smooth we most likely want artist that are willing to take customers on the spot. Our shop close at midnight on friday and saturday.

We are premium fine line and microrealism tattoo studio based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. We are a new studio, that is growing rapidly and we are after a new artist to join the team. This is a very relaxed studio vibe, our whole ethos is to be customer first and give them the best experience where they feel comfortable, not initimidated, and in a safe place to get their meaningful tattoos. We will only have a max of two artists in the space as we feel that gives off a more relaxed and private vibe, but we also have a laser removal room that will eventually do laser/hair removal and maybe SMPU. It's a very homely feel studio and people always comment on how calm and homely it feels, so thats the vibe we're after. We say we specialise in fine line and microrealism, but were open to other styles that fit that sort of delicate and meaningful vibe too. We have a nice waiting area and areas you can sit and design or have consultations with your clients etc. We just want a sort of family feel here :)
