We offer: 👉 11 active acquisition channels per studio (SEO, walk-ins, social, etc.) 👉 A strong, engaged audience 👉 Quarterly events (flash days, collabs, pop-ups) 👉 Structure, visibility, tools, support, a pro team within the label, without compromising your style 👉 A safe space and a good vibes environment 📍 Nice – 2 spots → Neo-traditional → Black & grey or color realism 📍 Dublin – 3–4 spots → Ornamental → Neo-trad (color), old school → Fine line / micro-realism / color 🤝 Two collaboration models 👉 % split if you want to grow with the label 👉 Flat fee if you prefer full independence You don’t need a local clientele, but the will and energy to build one locally with clear actions. We’re an established studio with a strong local presence, a solid reputation, and an active client base. We regularly run events, flash specials, promotions, and social media campaigns designed to keep people walking through the door and to help our artists get their work in front of new clients. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to tattoo. We want an artist who wants to grow their clientele, build their name, create great work, and be part of a studio that actively promotes its artists. We offer a 60% split to the artist, with essential shop supplies provided. Artists are responsible for their own inks, needles/cartridges, machines, and personal equipment. Most importantly, we want the right personality. We keep 9th Veil professional, welcoming, creative, and drama-free. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, respectful, easy to work with, and serious about their craft and their clients. Experience and a solid existing client base are preferred.
