About Us: Distinktion Tattoo Studio is a modern, professional, and creative studio based in Rugby. With a strong reputation, private and open working spaces, and a loyal client base, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of custom tattoo styles delivered to the highest standard. The Role: We are looking for an experienced tattoo artist to join our growing team. This position is not suitable for juniors or apprentices – we require an artist with proven experience, a strong portfolio, and a high level of technical ability. You’ll be working on split basis. All disposables are supplied, allowing you to focus on your artistry and clients. What We’re Looking For: A talented and experienced tattoo artist with a strong portfolio. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work. Strong customer service skills – professional, approachable, and able to create a positive experience for every client. Reliability, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment. We are looking for a resident artist for our shop in Hoogvliet-Rotterdam. We work on a 50/50 commission basis. We provide a clean, professional workspace and actively promote the studio through social media and advertising. We also receive tattoo inquiries through the studio, but we do prefer an artist with an existing client base, so you're not completely dependent on studio bookings while we continue to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team and work on a regular basis. Professionalism, hygiene and good communication with clients are very important to us. To work with us, you must be self-employed with a valid business registration. If you're from outside the Netherlands, you'll need the appropriate documents that legally allow you to work as a self-employed tattoo artist in the Netherlands.
