Igor van der Laan has been a tattoo artist since 2017. From childhood, he showed a natural passion and talent for drawing, which he refined over the years through practice and courses. He began his career in 2017 in Porto Alegre, Brazil, his hometown. In 2019, he moved to São Paulo, where he built a clientele and made his mark on the tattoo scene. Today, he lives in Lisbon, Portugal, working at The Venus Room studio, but he also tattoos in various countries and studios across Europe. He specializes in micro-realism, fine lines, and whip shading, building his compositions from fantastical and surreal contexts.
