About

My name is Felipe Kramer. I’m 29 years old, from Brazil, and I’ve been tattooing for 5 years. I’ve been drawing since I was a kid and got into the art world at 12 through graffiti. Before becoming a tattoo artist, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Sciences in 2016. I started my career as a university teacher, then worked as a flight instructor, and finally as a first officer for a major airline in Brazil. When the Covid pandemic hit, I had to stop flying—an unexpected turn that became a blessing. During lockdown, I reconnected with drawing and felt a strong sense of purpose. That’s when I decided to dive into tattooing, bought my first equipment, and started learning the craft. I’m hardworking and dedicated, and things evolved quickly. Just six months into tattooing, I was invited for a guest spot in San Diego, California. By the end of my first year, I had already won 10 trophies in tattoo conventions. My main styles are black and grey realism, portraits, and custom lettering—a skill I’ve been developing since my graffiti days. My signature approach combines realism and lettering in a single piece. I often freehand my lettering to fit the client’s anatomy, which brings a dynamic and unique result to the tattoo. You can check out my portfolio on Instagram: @kramer.tattoo I’m currently seeking new experiences, and I feel that working in Europe would be the next exciting step in my career. I’m looking for a resident position and am willing to take on everything from walk-ins to large custom pieces. I’m used to long sessions and can adapt to your studio’s policies and workflow.
