About

Growing up in the mean streets of Baltimore, I had 2 options, a life of crime or a life of art. I chose art. When I was a kid, I would see all the graffiti on trains and buildings and it would mesmerize me. This interest slowly paired with my love for comics and my family members' tattoos. I would then buy every issue if inked magazine I could get my hands on to study them. From artists like Paul Booth to Sailor Jerry or even Horiyoshi III, I would study their work, whether flash art or tattooed skin. This led me to getting an apprenticeship at a shop in Springfield Missouri to which my mentor's untimely passing affected me to my core. I then moved back home to the East Coast where I could not even pick up a tattoo machine without thinking about the sadness of a true father figure passing away. I am now ready to continue my journey as a tattoo artist and have since reinvented myself in the process. I am ready to create some Contraversy!!!
