Hello my name is Andrew Packard I have been tattooing 11 years in morgantown West Virginia. I have a strong professional work ethic and I am proficient in many styles however my favorite are illustrative style , neo traditional, Japanese, biomech , and custom lettering. As I will be new to the area im looking for a busy shop with walk in clientele .
