Carlos is an Italian-Brazilian artist born in Rio de Janeiro, with 18 years of experience tattooing in several countries in Europe and America. He began drawing as a child and discovered his passion for art. As a tattoo artist, he incorporated into his work characteristic elements of artistic movements that he admires such as the Renaissance, Neoclassical, Art Nouveau, among others, thus developing his own illustrative style, absorbed from various visual references such as classical painting, sculpture and fantasy art. He prefers to execute his own artwork in black and grey, in medium and large dimensions, for better legibility, using the fundamentals of the most traditional tattoo schools: defined lines, solid blacks and skin spaces. He believes that a good tattoo must have solidity and contrast, so that it remains beautiful for many years.
